As of 17th April 2023 Ali Sizmur Poise Power Performance will be working from a lovely new studio at

West Nymph Farm, South Tawton, DEVON.

This amazing new space will allow for more pilates classes and 1:1s. Alongside offer amazing equine facilities to help with biomechanics assessments and allow more scope for workshops on and off your horse!
