“Having ridden from a young age I have always had a love for horses.

Over the years I have competed less with the horses and enjoyed trail running, triathlons and pilates. These loves are now all front and centre of my business and I get a lot of enjoyment out of helping clients achieve their missions, whether that’s an immense physical achievement or just to enjoy everyday pain free”

ITEC Equine Sports Massage Therapy 2010
TQUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF)

Level 3 Award in Understanding Principles and Practises of Assessment
Pilates with small equipment ~ short course.
Algeos – gait analysis – including trainer recommendation short course.
Centaur Biomechanics ~ gait and biomechanics (equine).

Ali’s Experience:

Working with a variety of sports and equine athletes since 2006. Treating everything from everyday aches and pains to inter, pre and post elite competition.
